Official Alhamdullilah Tours and Travels Online Booking Form must be completely in by the pilgrim.

Payments are to be made in the following order – 25% at the time of booking, 50% after One Month from the date of booking & the balance 25% should be paid One Month prior to the departure.

Cheque or Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of “Alhamdullilah Tours and Travels”, Mumbai. International passport for each intending pilgrim is necessary, as traveling will be under Basic Travel Quota Scheme.

As per the Government rules a pilgrim is entitled to get upto U$D 10,000 under Basic Travel Quota Scheme every year from RBI authorized foreign exchange dealer. Out of this entitlement of U$D 10000, the Dollar component of the package chosen has to be either transferred through the bankers to the Hotels abroad for accommodation, food & transportation charges or has to be paid by the pilgrim on the 1st day of the tour to the Hotels abroad for accommodation, food & transportation charges If the pilgrim decides to cancel his/her booking following cancellations charges shall be deducted i.e. prior to 60 days of departure – 25%, prior to 14 days of departure – 70% & within 14 days of departure or No Show – 100%.

Minimum Rs 15,000 cancellation charge will be charged irrespectively of Umrah/Hajj Package booked.
